Advance Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling of sessions must be made by 5:00 PM the day before the scheduled start time.
Late Cancellations: Any sessions cancelled after 5:00 PM the day before the scheduled start time will not be entitled to a refund.
No-Show Policy: If a client does not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered as used and no refund will be provided.
Rescheduling: We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule, please notify us by 5:00 PM the day before to avoid any charges. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.
